With over 20 years of award-winning graphic design experience, Camrin Williams is the go-to graphic designer that comes in on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. He studied at California State University, Long Beach where he earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Film and Electronic Arts.
Camrin designs, (at cost) for many non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, including Long Beach Pride. A long running grass-roots, pillar in sunny southern California. Their crew of volunteers have been working tirelessly for = EQUAL RIGHTS = for over 40 years by raising money for Scholarships/Grants, Feeding People through the AIDS Food Store, and spreading positivity and joy by creating safe spaces for +LGBTQIA communities to gather in fellowship. Wesley Health Centers, helps the homeless and underserved population, get the quality health care that every human being deserves, regardless of ability to pay. There under the direction of Al Ballesteros he created visuals including Program Guides, Doctor’s Rack Cards, and Videos to share knowledge of the many programs Wesley Health Centers offer. Camrin has also had the pleasure of working with Drag Queen Superstar, Shangela. Her biggest message is LoVe! Love for oneself, love for others, and love for everyone around you. By creating many of her theatrical one-sheets (a.k.a. posters) for her one-woman shows, logos, and packaging Camrin has helped promote LGBTQIA+ rights, freedoms, and liberties for all who feel different than the status quo. “Designing is such an integral part of my life and permeates throughout everything I do. Design for me is about forward-thinking, being three steps ahead and generating work that helps inform, uplift and inspire people to be a better version of themselves then they were yesterday.” Camrin strives to design graphics that not only gets the message across, but leaves the viewer with a message of something deeper. Values including Optimism, Courage and Curiosity permeate throughout all of his designs are the driving motivating factor for creating HOPE in our Galaxy. “Being creative means that I look at the world a little bit differently. I see problems as a fun riddle that with a little bit of imagination, ingenuity, y Espirtios Santos…can be solved in the most unexpected of ways. Let me tell you papier-mâché is quite the contender for the most fun, creative, accessible, and cost-effective medium.” When Camrin isn’t designing, he is often found at the dog beach building Sandcastles with the family dog, Baylee. Directing films, With the family-owned production company, Little Red Pictures www.LRPmovies.com - The rest of his time is spent volunteering at Christ Chapel of Long Beach, Project Angel Food, and I-Own-It.Today, a nonprofit organization that helps the Long Beach community with school supplies, a neighborhood pantry, and clothing. Camrin looks forward to #RefiningRealtiy of Graphic Design and how Creativity can be used to Change The World. He is a member of AIGA the Professional Association of Design which is the oldest and largest professional membership organization for designers. Where he networks with industry professionals, hones and stays on top of his skills, and mentors young designers as they navigate their careers.
